It always makes me laugh because I'll show my husband my fave case of the day and his response is always "it looks like you put makeup on them" and my response is "but the best part is I DIDNT that's the power of light - bouncing off their faces the right way now since they are volumized !!!!" I feel like until you have the eye or know what you are looking for it’s really hard for a person to see what I’m showing. I tired to make it easier if you swipe right. A normal sign of aging is temples become carved out on some. It gives a skeletonized appearance and ages the face more than most people realize. At Mirage, I have a system called EZ Gel. It is 100 percent natural bio filler. Your blood is drawn- spun down part of it heated part of it cooled- it is then mixed and injected. What you will notice from these pictures is that the temple in the top frames or left frames are carved out if you look and the tail of the eyebrow is wrapped around curving onto the temple. Once filled, the eyebrow comes more frontal and the carved out appearance is gone. Before is the picture on the left after shows your the darkening of the pigment ( we want to see this occur means we have met clinical endpoint) I just performed the Sciton( bbl) Broad band light on this patient. Her complaint was all of her dark sunspots. As we get older the sun loving days show as brown spots or sun damage on our faces. One of the best treatments for this is BBl. It is a pretty painless procedure that treats skin aging, sun damage, acne, hair reduction, skin firming, etc it’s a pulsed light that penetrates multiple skin levels. With adjustable settings allowing me to customize your treatment. You can perform this treatment anywhere on the body even hands. After a bbl you can return to normal activities the only thing to plan is no sun exposure 4 weeks before treatment and no going in the sun after. You also must use sunscreen daily (don’t worry I have you covered there). After a bbl: you can expect: Redness and swelling usually pretty mild -Darkening of brown spots they may darken and feel scaly for a few days. These spots will fall off within 1-2 weeks revealing new skin -don’t exfoliate them just let them do their thing. Some people experience bruising or itching Avoid direct sun exposure Avoid picking the sunspots Keep skin lubricated with a mild moisturizer Do not use any retinol or acid containing products for one week prior or after Apply a sunblock daily and wait for the spots to flake off themselves.
